Your choice of subscription terms You may sign up for website2Go Express or Pro for 3 months, or get a free month with an annual subscription (12 months for the price of 11). Website2Go Personal is available only as a 12-month plan with no discount. In any case, if you're not completely satisfied, simply email us to cancel your account - during the first 30 days we will refund 100% of your money, minus a domain registration fee, if you decide website2Go is not for you. After 30 days, we will refund the fees for the unused portion of your subscription. When your subscription expires, it will be renewed automatically [30 days in advance of the renewal date] for the same term and at the same price, using the same credit card, unless you [send us a written notice of cancelation via email to not renew at least 30 days prior to the renewal date. Domain name fees are non-refundable. Yearly and quarterly fees may be prorated, if written notification has been received at least 30 days prior to the renewal dates. Call or email us anytime if you have any questions. * We will waive the first year's fee for both new registrations and transfers of existing domains for all website2Go customers who complete the initial subscription period. If you cancel your subscription, we will reduce your refund by $30 to cover domain registration costs. Your second and subsequent domain registration fee will be $30 per year, which will be added to your automatic subscription renewal as each one-year domain registration expires.
